A 6-Week Group Series for Healers, Therapists, Coaches, and Somatic Practitioners

This immersive 6-week course invites therapists, healers, coaches, and somatic practitioners into a deeper, more embodied understanding of Internal Family Systems (IFS). We will explore how to recognize, embody, and integrate the parts within ourselves through movement, breath, and relational practices. Our focus will be on developing a deeper attunement to our internal systems—learning to recognize our parts, unblend from them, and interact with them from a place of Self-energy, while integrating these insights into our work with clients.

Participants will engage in guided exercises that combine somatic IFS practices with expressive arts, Authentic Movement, Body-Mind Centering, psychodrama, and UZAZU Embodied Intelligence techniques. These practices will allow you to tap into the wisdom of the body, access deeper layers of self-awareness, and prepare your system for the work you do with your clients.

Throughout the series, you’ll learn:

  • Embodied Parts Work: Explore how to identify and work with the different parts of the psyche through posture, movement, and breath.

  • Relational Perspectives: Practice IFS from a relational stance, deepening your capacity to witness, support, and hold space for your own parts.

  • Expressive Arts & Psychodrama: Integrate creative, experiential methods to unlock new insights and emotional processing.

  • Somatic Awareness: Cultivate a deep awareness of how your body holds and reflects your parts, enhancing both self-awareness and therapeutic effectiveness.

The course is designed as a container of mutual support and creativity, encouraging participants to share their personal experiences, discoveries, and reflections. Together, we’ll weave a tapestry of interconnection, play, and spiritual inquiry—guiding you toward a richer, more integrated approach to both personal growth and professional practice.

By the end of the series, you’ll leave with specific exercises, embodied tools, and a greater understanding of how to prepare your system to integrate embodied IFS into your healing work. You’ll also have gained personal insights from the exercises and have the opportunity to support one another as a community of healers.
